What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Mgr. Process Improvement - Lean Six Sigma position at inSync Staffing?
Responsibilities
Supports Tier 1 projects by partnering with stakeholders to establish quantifiable measures of success (benefit realization).
Analyzes and assesses process improvement initiatives involving complex factors, providing senior leadership with actionable program proposals for consideration.
Consults with leaders and teams across the enterprise to identify, diagnose, and problem solve organizational effectiveness problems and solutions.
Assists with the delivery of key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc.
Provides schools and tools, technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
Manages completion of special projects as they arise and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Required :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
10 years of program management experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous improvement / Lean Six Sigma for Financial Services focused Organizations
ASQ Black Belt (BB) certification
Portfolio management experience
Preferred :
Master’s degree
Insurance or reinsurance industry knowledge
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
12 years project delivery experience
Advanced knowledge / expertise and advancement of quality improvement methodologies
Skills and Abilities
Required :
Highly advanced project and program management skills
