Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing employee benefits, payroll processing, onboarding / offboarding, workplace training, and general HR support. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, payroll management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities :
Employee Benefits Administration :
- Manage employee benefits, including insurance and 401(k) plans.
- Collaborate with brokers and third-party administrators (TPA) for self-insured health plans.
- Oversee 401(k) administration through Fidelity, ensuring compliance and employee enrollment.
- Provide support to employees regarding benefit questions and issues.
