Traffic Camera Operator
Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour / paid weekly
Shift : Night shift-10-12-hour shifts.
- Will average 30 hours per week(Weather permitting) Hours will increase into Spring / Summer / Fall
Start / End times will vary. 3rd shift can start as early as 5pm (normally 7-8pm)
Must be flexible to various shifts on weekdays, and weekends.Location is Harrisburg, PAMust be willing to sit in a vehicle for long periods at a time.This position requires working closely with local DMV to enforce speeding regulations in construction zones.Responsibilities :
Set up / take down camera equipmentMonitor vehicle speeds at assigned locationsProcess paperwork accurately for court deployment forms.Local travel within the jurisdiction assigned or travel within the State of PennsylvaniaMonitor weather and lighting and make camera adjustments as necessary.Communicate with supervisor and other operatorsResponsible for professional conduct and demeanor at all times while traveling to and from sites and while representing the company at any time.Log and report equipment-related issuesRequirements :
Clear driving record is requiredValid Driver’s LicenseHigh School Diploma or EquivalentGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform job at a high level with little supervisionAbility to sit for long periods of timeIntermediate knowledge of operating computers and related equipmentPhotography knowledge and skills a plusSteel toe shoes requiredBe able to lift up to 50lbs.Benefits (employee contribution) :
