Position Summary
This position is responsible for the construction and repair of units in compliance with established policies and procedures and according to specifications aligned by the Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
Manage mobile office material inventory.
Organize, maintain, load, and unload furniture.
Remove and replace lighting, plumbing, and electrical components.
Perform light carpentry work and repairs.
Interface with customers at job sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills :
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Forklift / skid steer experience.
Utility trailer experience.
Entry-level to intermediate-level construction experience.
Light carpentry and electrical experience.
Painting experience.
Highly organized.
Physical / Mental Demands :
Wear personal protective equipment as required.
Ability to perform rigorous duties, including walking, standing, climbing, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, sitting, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling, and manual dexterity.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Possess good fine motor skills, coordination, range of motion, and grip strength.
Work effectively in all climate conditions.
Ability to be exposed to loud noise levels.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Work in environments containing dirt, grease, and dust.
Safely operate around heavy machinery and equipment.
Ability to hold air impact tools weighing up to 30 lbs.
