Our client is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to join their team and play a key role in supporting their clients’ hiring needs. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional looking for a flexible schedule to balance work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process.
- Recruiting Metrics: Track and report on key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with client goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Strong ability to source and attract top talent across various industries and roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Consultative mindset and the ability to adapt to dynamic client needs.
- Availability for approximately 15-20 hours per week with some flexibility for meetings.
