WBW Development is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter.
Ideal candidate has a number of years recruiting for entry level through C-suite positions, and has the personality and capability to recruit for our Engineering, Land Development and Construction teams.
We are looking for someone who goes to the next level by calling candidates directly, either at work or via their alternate forms of outreach. Ideal candidates will be available for networking events and promotional events as well as traditional outreach methods.
Initial expectations would be 4 hours per day/20 hours per week in office but can expand based on scope of work and employee effectiveness.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Proactively sources candidates through internal and external vehicles: university relations, candidate pipelines, networking, internet job postings, employee referrals, external partners, and other creative sourcing venues.
- Implements and uses tools to support the recruiting/interviewing process – candidate slates, interview question guides, robust and brand appropriate job postings, employer brand collateral/videos, etc.
- Proactively creates and updates a candidate pipeline for key positions that support the business.
- Responsible for driving the attraction, interview, and hiring process from position launch through offer acceptance.
- Screens, assesses, and presents candidates to Leadership Team to move forward with the interview and selection process.
- Manage the candidate experience through seamless execution of interview process; arranges timely interviews for the interview panel members and candidates.
- Assisting with engagement strategies, reward systems, and external labor market analysis.
- Maintain spreadsheets, monitor recruitment process, and measure/support with turnover and retention.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company by implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes.
Required skills:
- Ability to effectively source job candidates for staffing a variety of roles, most of which are hourly in nature.
- Aptitude in screening job candidates.
- Flexible and adept at handling varying amounts of open requisitions (i.e., from 3 to 10 at a time).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and holds self and others accountable to actively filling job openings.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
