At Intake Desk, we help people harmed by dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, harmful products—and surviving families affected by wrongful death. You’ll be the first compassionate voice they hear. All leads are pre-qualified. No cold calling.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Take inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Speak with individuals who’ve been injured—and at times, surviving family members
- Ask qualifying questions and collect important case details
- Build trust and clearly explain the process
- Follow up consistently per company procedures
⭐ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2 years in a call center or inside sales role (required)
- Must pass interview screening tests
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor—especially in sensitive conversations
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Scheduling flexibility (evenings/weekends & overtime)
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting
