What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at Levy & Levy, PA?
Our law firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage the initial client intake process and handle client communications. The right candidate will be responsible for being the contact person for client and using our software questionnaire to gather information on potential clients for the attorney to review. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, typing skills, and is dependent to work regularly scheduled hours.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Respond to incoming calls and requests.
- Complete follow-ups with potential clients
- Manage incoming email, fax, and general letters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
