What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts from prospective clients
- Respond immediately to new leads and proactively follow up to maximize conversions
- Build rapport, listen with empathy, and gather essential case details
- Clearly communicate why Schilling & Silvers is the best firm for their case
- Accurately input all client data in our case management system in real time
- Seamlessly transition signed clients to the legal team with complete onboarding

- Sales experience or intake experience in a legal or high-volume service industry
- Empathetic communicator with a client-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Driven, competitive, and goal-focused
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience at a personal injury or plaintiff law firm
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries
- Background in competitive sports or team-based environments
