Hourly Pay Range : $16.00 to $20.00
Schedule : Flexible daytime schedule to include weekends.
Duties :
Must be able to multi-task and to effectively communicate, problem-solve and to overall handle tasks timely and tactfully with all staff levels and the public. Must be able to adapt to a wide range of diverse clientele.
Ability to effectively utilize available technology, including computers, databases, portals, and software needed to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Maintains a professional, courteous demeanor and provides excellent customer service.
Analyzes call volume and other metrics using multiple software products in relation to work hours, staffing and other events such as national mass tort campaigns and mass mailings and onboarding of new client firms.
Monitors and analyzes communication to observe and report on customer experience, employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and adheres to company policies.
Assists with the onboarding process for new client / business entities and works with new clients / business entities to ensure their needs are met through technology applications.
Researches and recommends technical, IT products, and software training to support business and project efficiency.
Prepares and reports on monthly billing for client / business entities.
Confers with the leadership regarding team member performance and assisting in setting / executing performance objectives.
Assists in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sign-ups, calls, and results.
Ability to work core full-time traditional business hours as well as flexibility to modify or flex work hours due to the expanding needs of the business environment and assigned projects.
Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
Qualifications :
High school degree or equivalent, and 18 months of related experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Legal services experience preferred.
Must be a resident of North Carolina or Tennessee.
