This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support to the key teams within the organization, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Will be asked from time to time to do tasks for the CEO that will require dealing with confidential information.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes of internal employees, including preparing a new hire checklist to ensure proper setup of equipment and access to office equipment.
- In charge of the employee administrative termination process for all clients’ employees.
- Maintains Office phone system
- Help with special projects as they relate to Open Enrollment and Year End.
- Assists with the completion of sales documents and maintenance of client folders.
- Answers phone and greets guests at the front desk.
- Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office calendars, and organizing events.
- Support compliance with employment laws by ensuring clients have proper law posters and employee portal notifications.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR software (HRIS experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to Thrive and excel in a multi-client atmosphere.
