At InTandem Promotions, we create emotional connections with tangible products. We source, design, implement promotional and merchandise campaigns both nationally and internationally. InTandem Promotions also leverages promotional merchandise to develop sales incentive programs, company stores, kitting and fulfillment programs, and more.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining and creating promotional product business through already provided client and prospect channels. Through our already overflowing pipeline, you have an existing client base to build a lasting business, consistent, and profitable business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creatively brainstorm on branded merchandise and products
- Obtains client approval of estimates.
- Following up with orders and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Schedule and setup in-office meetings.
- Assist with tradeshow support, event followup, and prospecting.
- Providing reminder and followup communication.
- Remain fiscally responsible with client budgets and InTandem Promotions dollars.
- Achieving sales targets and goals.

Additional Growth and Involvement:
- Position self and company as professional, reliable resource for innovative, cost effective and well executed solutions focused on the client's marketing goals.
- Maintain and enhance the client/supplier relationships and provide excellent customer service, problem solving and product delivery.
- Interface with InTandem Promotions Preferred Premium Supplier Network to gain an understanding of not only their products but their service and offerings
- Be aware of industry trends by attending trade shows, seminars, local factory tours, read trade publications, attend supplier meetings, Lunch-n-Learns, and visits. Always searching for new branding and promotional opportunities for our clients.
- Championing the customer/client at all levels internally and training the program team to efficiently represent the customer.
- Giving sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Create lasting relationships with clients through targeted communication, follow-up and sales strategies.
