Client Operations Program Manager
The Client Operations team works across all other teams to enable Intapp's growth and business success. We drive process improvements, develop data-driven insights and decision making, and program manage high impact cross-functional projects. We act as a “special projects team” that tackles and solves any mission-critical problem or initiative that will most enable Intapp to grow.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and tools to support Client Operations goals and objectives. This role will involve optimizing our sales order processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working with technical counterparts to support system changes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales order systems, Salesforce CPQ, and program management.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing programs to track critical corporate information, including entitlements, ACV, and associated client & contracts data.
What you sill do:
- Manage operational requests and reporting including user analysis and issue troubleshooting
- Identify gaps within current processes and/or ways to improve existing systems to make them more efficient and scalable
- Proactively engage end users to determine the best way to accomplish their goals and deliver detailed proposals
- Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end users
- Builds reports and dashboards in Salesforce to enable team members and managers to easily access data
- Serve as subject matter expert, and point of contact for Client Operations Salesforce CPQ
- Coordinate and support management and verification of internal controls
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) report to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between teams
- Coordinate activities between Client Operations and other departments (such as IT, Sales, Product Dev, and Finance)
What you will need:
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent:
- 5 years operations program management experience in multi-disciplinary environments
- 3 years Salesforce experience, including CPQ and reporting
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and problem solve across multiple systems
- Experience with managing controls and SOX audits
- Ability to interface effectively across the organization, managing multiple stakeholders with varying priorities with commitment to a shared goal
- Experience performing root cause analysis to address specific business issues and identify improvement opportunities
- Demonstrable track record as an influential leader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
