We're hiring an Outbound Supervisor for our Applicant Information Services team! This role is more than just supervision, it's a chance to lead with purpose. We're looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and is committed to developing teams, improving operations, and making a global difference.
You'll play a key role in supporting international medical graduates by managing services like EPIC, ECFMG Certification, and ERAS as well as supporting entities such as international medical schools. As the leader of our outbound support team, you'll handle daily operations, oversee email communications, coach, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the applicant's experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound communications to ensure timely, applicant-focused support
- Monitor service levels and adjust staffing to meet performance goals
- Resolve escalated concerns and provide real-time solutions
- Train, coach, and support team members for continuous improvement
- Collaborate on process enhancements and technology updates
- Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and performance reports
- Support overall team effectiveness in partnership with Inbound Supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (required)
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a high-volume service environment
- Bachelor's degree - preferred
- Experience working with international clients and/or credentialing/documentation processes (preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and training skills
- Familiarity with workflow systems and service-level management (preferred)
