Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors in a warm and attentive manner
- Maintain front office and all common areas tidy and presentable at all times
- Answer incoming calls with a smile
- Forward calls to appropriate team member and/or help answer any questions clients may have
- Process company portal orders
- Assist with completion of work orders
- Assist with customer invoicing and incoming payment functions
- Assist Clients in research of promotional items
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
