Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product development projects, providing technical leadership, and ensuring timely and fiscally responsible delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for products or technologies that deliver high quality in a timely, fiscally responsible fashion.
- Provide technical leadership to support all projects within the engineering scope.
- Ensure that project transfer is coordinated with other engineering and production groups to maximize the effectiveness of the manufacturing operation once the development of the product technology is complete.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a managerial capacity. They must have demonstrated experience in project management, product and process development, and quality control techniques.
