About The Role:
Integra is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with full-cycle A/P ensuring compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes.
The ideal candidate is familiar with NetSuite and has 2 years of recent accounts payable experience working in a fast-paced environment and experience with paperless accounting.

About The Role:
Integra is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with full-cycle A/P ensuring compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes.
The ideal candidate is familiar with NetSuite and has 2 years of recent accounts payable experience working in a fast-paced environment and experience with paperless accounting.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Process bills including entering into NetSuite, 3-way matching, saving backup, requesting payment approval, and initiating payment
- Maintain vendor information and paperless files
- Process 1099s annually
- Create and reconcile prepaid schedules
- Support other accounts payable related activities
- Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures
- Run weekly AP aging report
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2 years experience working in an accounting field
- Basic knowledge of accrual accounting
- Excellent computer literacy with capability in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent knowledge and experience using G-Suite of products (Docs, Sheets etc.)
- Experience using NetSuite preferred
- Well organized, detail oriented, and diligent

Salary : $20 - $27
