Primary Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service.
- Actively track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory releases efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including order status updates.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products.
