What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator Coordinator position at Integra Construction Company?
Integra Construction has a current opening for a Construction Project Estimator. Integra is a St. Charles, MO based General Contractor with nearly thirty years’ experience. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of commercial construction and experience with managing multiple projects.
MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Estimating projects; including plan review, subcontractor qualification, and preparation of proposals.
- Setting up bids in Procore and sending out invites.
- Order drawings and specifications
- Completing bid documents, proposals and submitting
- Attending Pre-Bid Meetings
- Building relationships with Subcontractors
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Computer skills

- Superior interpersonal, teamwork, and oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications.
