Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in the energy, technology, or automotive sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, government entities, and residential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Integra Energy’s market footprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the EV, energy, or technology sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the EV market, charging infrastructure, and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
