Personal Care Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to clients of all ages in their homes across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients of all ages to promote their overall well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or in a similar home care role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate and deliver personalized care in a home setting.
- Familiarity with basic medical practices and the ability to monitor client conditions and report changes.
- Experience providing care for diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors, in a home environment.
- Expertise in providing personalized support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation, tailored to individual client needs.
- Ability to create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients within their homes.
