What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Consultant position at Integra HR?
Are you passionate about facilitating the development and growth of employees and leaders? Our training team at Integra HR is growing and we are excited to add another Trainer to our team. At Integra we call our trainers Performance Consultants, and they are responsible for The Performance Consultant is responsible for executing training services from initial client contact to session delivery, including but not limited to needs assessments, customization of materials, developing curriculum, and delivering and facilitating training sessions for clients in-person and virtually. Our Performance Consultants work a hybrid schedule; however, applicants must reside in the Greater Capital Region and be willing to travel to client sites (locally, regionally, and across NYS).
Some Key Responsibilities:
· Leads and ensures the timely execution of training services for clients, from initial client contact/outreach to session delivery. This process includes but is not limited to conducting client needs assessment meetings, customizing materials in preparation for training delivery, creating and preparing quotes, and all related client correspondence.
· Responsible for researching, creating, and updating course content to support client needs and incorporate current trends in HR and learning and development.
· Deliver relevant training content to clients via numerous delivery methods (e.g., virtual, in-person, recorded, etc.) at our Integra offices and/or client locations across New York State or regionally, as needed.
· Leads and ensures the timely execution of training sessions for clients.
· Prepare and/or maintain training materials related to client training work (e.g., attendance lists, job aids, training assessments, etc.).
· Complete training and staff development projects as assigned.
· Responsible for tracking work hours, including time with the related detail and submitting the information on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis.
· Keep up with current trends and advancements in HR and training related fields and participate in professional development sessions or seminars.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, HR management, organizational development, education, or related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience working in HR, training and development, or teaching or a combination of relevant experience.
· Previous supervisor and leadership experience is required.
· Experience designing and developing training content is a plus.
· DiSCR certification a plus (not required) or a willingness to become a DiSCR certified trainer.
· Human Resources Certification (PHR or SPHR and/or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred, but not required.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, Cloud Based Systems (e.g., Teams, Office 365, Google, PowerPoint, etc.) and other presentation tools, systems, and/or platforms (e.g., Thinkific, Canva, Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.).
· Ability to travel as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Schedule is Monday – Friday within the 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. hours; however, a flexible schedule is an option as mutually agreed upon and/or needed.

Annual Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 based on Part-Time or Full-Time Schedule and experience

Pay: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour
