As a Commercial Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and providing expert guidance to ensure businesses receive tailored insurance coverage to meet their specific needs.

In this role, you’ll work with small, medium, and large companies to assess their insurance requirements and provide customized solutions to protect their operations.

This position offers performance-based pay, rewarding your success in driving growth and customer satisfaction. (Note: performance-based pay is not included in the annual pay listed.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate New Business: Prospect and build relationships with new commercial clients, identifying their insurance needs.
• Client Consultation: Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess risks and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Policy Recommendations: Create and present customized insurance solutions tailored to clients’ unique business risks.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand a book of existing clients, providing ongoing service and regular policy reviews.
• Negotiation & Coordination: Work with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, rates, and coverage options for clients.
• Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process, ensuring they receive timely and efficient assistance.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and new products to offer the best solutions to clients.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and performance goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,895.00 - $52,935.00 per year
