Location : Glynco, GA
Clearance : Public Trust
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
- Provides support to IT systems including : day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client requests. Provides Tier I, II & III problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
- Provides SME & IPT support and manages other research and testing projects.
- Responsible for image creation, workstation security and encryption support.
