Overview : System Administrator
Location : Glynco, GA
Clearance : Public Trust
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
Responsibilities :
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manages processes related to these systems.
Provides support to IT systems including : day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client requests. Provides Tier I, II & III problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
Provides SME & IPT support and manages other research and testing projects.
Responsible for image creation, workstation security and encryption support.
Qualifications : Required :
AA / AS or Equivalent Experience
Three years of System Administration Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred :
Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional
CompTIA, Security and A Certified
