What you will do at Integral Molecular:
Leadership
- Foster HR credibility and model a people-centered leadership style
- Elevate HR as a strategic partner with a comprehensive range of tools and capabilities for organizational development and business effectiveness
- Maintain a highly visible and approachable presence, engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization
HR Strategy and Planning
- Lead and ensure effective performance and development of the HR team
- Envision, create, and deploy an HR agenda that is aligned with company goals and allows us to thrive through periods of change (e.g. internal growth, restructuring)
- Implement and oversee an advanced HR Information System (HRIS) that optimizes HR operations, boosts data analysis capabilities, facilitates informed decision-making, and seamlessly integrates with accounting and reporting systems.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Proactively identify workforce needs and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to devise strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent
- Develop and implement robust programs that provide group and one-on-one coaching with managers that builds leadership capabilities and enhances leader impact
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's/MBA degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or another relevant field.
- People-centered management experience with a demonstrated history of increasing supervisory and strategic roles
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Influence and partnership skills for shaping solutions
