HR/Office Administrator

What is expected from our HR/Office Administrator?
Our HR/Office Administrator will work closely with the Administrative and Finance Teams to provide essential support in all HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to maintaining employee records and preparing payroll and other duties as assigned.
Every day will find you doing at least some of the following:
- Working in BambooHR (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, time tracking, benefits information, and more.
- Working closely with the Finance Team.
- Assisting with month-end closing tasks such as preparing expense reports, tracking employee hours, etc.
- Scheduling the payment of weekly invoices through Bill.com.
- Handling day-to-day employee inquiries.
What do I need to succeed?
- Have proven experience as an HR Assistant, Office Administrator.
- Be knowledgeable of HR procedures, payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Be knowledgeable of how to register the business as a foreign entity with other states as needed.
- Maintain employee records & data management.
- Ability to work with the Finance Team to provide general accounts payable support.
- Be able to provide day-to-day office support inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, time tracking, and any other issues that may arise.
- You must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to learn quickly.

- Be knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook).
- Have experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com) and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR) a plus.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Be a self-driven individual, with effective time management skills.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Be willing to work remotely if needed.
