Marketing Automation Specialist

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and execute automated email marketing campaigns and workflows to engage leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. 
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand current marketing automation needs and engage in envisioning of new strategies and potential solutions.
• Lead multi-functional projects and maintain detailed action plans to launch new marketing automation solutions in a timely fashion.
• Implement system solutions within the marketing technology stack and CRM systems. Collaborate with Salesforce.com admins on CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with the cross functional marketing team as a project manager for the ongoing initiative for Marketing Automation. Conduct testing and lead all aspects of user acceptance testing to ensure the systems implemented achieve the business objective.

Essential Requirements:

• Own/establish integration of Marketo/SFDC in conjunction with IT

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 2-3 years of proven experience using Marketo with a strong understanding of marketing and sales processes. Hands-on experience with Salesforce. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

It would be a plus if you also posses:

• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry. 
• Marketo Certified Consultant
• SFDC advanced certification

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
