Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Provide personal assistant support to the audiologist as required.
- Handle incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.
- Applicants must be able to work independently in a small office setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing phone calls and other duties simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
