Working for this leading organization means collaboration with top clinical, technical, and business professionals across all disciplines.
The Director of Operations is the pivotal leader for the IFAS practices and doctor network in Pennsylvania. This role involves providing administrative support, training, and professional leadership to regional Practice Managers, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations, supporting monthly and annual reporting, and fostering strong relationships with staff, managers, and providers. The Director will guide day-to-day operations while promoting a growth and outcomes focused clinical environment.
The salary for this position is $100,000 per year, with the possibility of bonus up to 15% of salary.
How you can make a difference :
- Following practice acquisitions, harmonizes existing practice operations with future office plans and supports the integration and system conversion plans necessary for operational success
- Identifies operational efficiencies and areas of opportunity for existing practice locations
- Direct oversight and management of practice leaders and non-provider staff; directly and indirectly, manage 80 employees
- Acts as liaison between providers and corporate services; manages provider satisfaction with goal of overall health and enhancement of retention and positive culture
- Operations responsibility for PA market relationship with field corporate services, coordination of all patient services and care across several locations, multiple foot and ankle specialists, complex regulatory requirements, and management of external partnerships / collaborations
- Operational oversight of the patient experience of 100,000 budgeted visits, annually
- Ensures management of daily practice operations run efficiently and effectively :
Patient scheduling, billing, and coordination of services / facility(ies)
Skills for success :
The ability to create and refine processes that are adaptable but wildly scalable
Flexibility to understand the business nuance of each practice and the ability to adapt approach for the sensitivity of each practice
Understanding of multisite management and healthcare / care delivery industry
Communicate concisely and collaboratively and absorb information quickly to create a plan
