Position Summary: As part of the KPC Mt. Palomar team, Servers educate our customers on our spirits as well as the wine industry. Servers must promote and provide excellent customer service skills as the Tasting Room is the public face of KPC Mt. Mount Palomar is a fast paced, high-energy, moderately noisy environment containing multiple personality types. Can become crowded and high-pressure, especially on the weekends and during holiday period. Mount Palomar includes indoor and outdoor environments, subject to hot and cold elements.
