Integrated Healthcare Partners is seeking Emergency Response Clinicians that are dedicated in providing compassionate, high quality care during times of crisis in the community. The ideal candidates will partnership with a team of first responders who correspond to substance abuse disorders and co-occurring disorders related to emergency calls to support individuals in pre-crisis or crisis.
Location : Cornwell & New Windsor, NY
Schedule :
Clinician : Sat-Wed 10A-6PM
Job Description for Emergency Response Clinicians
- Empower family members
- Navigate insurance barriers and treatment systems
- Coordinate referrals to the County crisis call center for Mobile Response Team as warranted by situation
- Attend and actively participate in all meetings and training sessions provided
- Provide education and training about harm reduction strategies to the people residing with or supporting the individuals wishing to engage in additional treatment or services
Qualifications :
Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, or Registered Nurse
Must have a working knowledge of the recovery process and be comfortable with self-disclosure as needed is a plus
Minimum of one year experience
Must complete approved advocacy training programs within the first six (6) months of employment
Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license (Company vehicle will be provided)
