What will you be doing:

As the Sr. Manager, Strategic Client Alignment, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the successful management of the company’s strategic client relationships and delivery of the company’s products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This crucial leadership role will work with key internal stakeholders to create and implement IHCS's Client Success approach, enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes and top-notch customer experience. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing complex implementation teams, cultivating health plan client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

What will you come with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • 5 years’ experience in client / customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM or customer success software.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products or services.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and requirements.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders within and outside the company.
  • Experience developing and executing client success strategic and plans.
  • Ability to work from a remote location effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient using MS Office
