The Client Success Manager - Strategic Coach will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Renewal Sales: Increase renewals by effectively addressing clients' needs and offering solutions, and actively engaging clients, both in person and on the phone.
- Client Success: Learn all concepts and tools and become a resource for our clients, handle all client issues with professionalism, integrity, and grace.
- Workshop Attendance: Lead occasional presentations to clients on specific concepts or tools, requiring clear communication and effective public speaking skills.
