As a Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) you will oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion while also performing business analysis to ensure that project objectives align with organizational goals. This hybrid role involves leading project teams, managing resources, and analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. The PM/BA will act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects and effective implementation of business solutions.

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) you will oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion while also performing business analysis to ensure that project objectives align with organizational goals. The PM/BA will act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects and effective implementation of business solutions.
What Will You Come With
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst, with a track record of successfully managing projects and performing business analysis.
- 5 years of managed healthcare, Claims, and or IT development experience.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools (e.g., MS Teams, Lucid/Visio, Smartsheet’s/MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Project management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., PRICE2).
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) (preferred)
