2nd Shift - 4pm - 2am Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Mastering Precision Machining: You'll be reading and interpreting intricate drawings and operation sheets, showcasing your proficiency in GD&T.
- Independent Setup and Operation: Take charge of setting up and operating complex machining jobs with minimal supervision, demonstrating your expertise and skill.
- Quality is Paramount: Ensure adherence to all standard quality procedures, from machine setup and operation to inspection, documentation, and material handling.
- Leveraging Technology: Utilize our ERP system for seamless operations and document in-process inspection dimensions.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe and organized work environment, in compliance with all safety standards and requirements.
- Maintenance Excellence: Contribute to preventive maintenance tasks as required, ensuring that equipment is in peak condition.
Required Qualifications:
- CNC Mazak Mill Expertise: Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills is a must.
- G Code Proficiency: Ability to read and edit G code programs, showcasing your technical prowess.
- Handling Large Parts: Navigate the intricacies of working with larger components, demonstrating your adaptability.
- Meticulous Measurement: Proficiency in inspecting and accurately documenting measurements.
Preferred Experience:
- Mazatrol: Familiarity with Mazatrol is a definite advantage.
- Seasoned Machinist: 5 years of experience in the field will set you apart.
