Integrated MedCraft is a rapidly growing medical specialty distributor to the United States Federal Government and law enforcement markets. We proudly serve our Nation’s Soldiers and Law Enforcement officers. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Team.
Job Overview
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Personal Qualifications
Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent. Associates Degree is preferred.
Ability to communicate thoughts, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to cooperate with and lead all members of the Team to achieve a common goal.
Strong desire to assist any internal or external customer.
Willingness to adapt to an increasing workload while maintaining constant standards of high quality.
Must be able to contribute to multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Desired Qualifications
EMT, first-aid experience is valued.
Retired Military is strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience in warehouse management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
Forklift certification (preferred), or ability to obtain withing 30 days of hire.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and distribution of medical supplies.
Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
Continuously develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate with the procurement team to manage incoming shipments and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor and manage warehouse budgets and expenditures.
Consult toward, implement, and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and other operational challenges.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to meet company objectives.
