What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Shelco Filters?
Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining a Clean and organized warehouse.
-Loading and Unloading tractor trailers delivering and picking up shipments.
-Pulling parts out of the warehouse for employees that need them.
- Performing scheduled counts to ensure inventory levels are accurate; assists with investigating discrepancies and making adjustments to inventories based on findings; communicating findings to management.
- Correctly receiving product that gets delivered assuring we received the corrected quantities, and correct parts from supplier.
- Supports material problem investigations; responds, counts, moves, transacts and monitors all material related to supplier defects; performs supplier audits.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Responsible for all aspects of acquiring material and supplies for the company. Including, but not limited to raw material, shop supplies, office supplies, maintenance & replacement components, etc:
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory control/management (Preferred)
- Basic math skills (Required)
- Strong attention to detail (Required)
Job Hours Are As Follows:
Monday - Friday 7:30 to 4:00
