- Responsibilities include answering multi-line phone systems, directing and escalating issues, mailing invoices, and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Must be available to work on a rotating schedule Monday-Friday with shifts that include 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM in the Central Time Zone
