What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Representative position at IRA Club, LLC?
ROLE
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails—route them to the appropriate specialist as necessary.
- Assist clients with general account troubleshooting: balance inquiries, account changes, and online access.
- Cash transfer processing and communicating the funding status with clients.
- Participate in training, 1:1's, and company-wide meetings to expand your knowledge and collaborate with colleagues in other departments.
- Process and review documents to ensure they are complete.
- Many opportunities to work on impactful projects directly contributing to the company's growth.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- At least two years of experience in a customer service or office position/environment.
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
