What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Integrated Pediatrics, PC?
We are looking for an energetic employee who is flexible with different tasks. He/She will work front clerk with scheduling patients, answering phones, taking copays/payments and other front staff duties. Bilingual is preferred. Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency
- Medical administrative support experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with medical office procedures and patient service
- Familiarity with medical records management and clerical duties
- Knowledge of EMR systems such as Epic or Meditech
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
