Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Partner Experience (PXT)
Reports to: Sr. Marketing Coordinator Type: Not a remote position – Full-time, in-office, Goleta, California (8 AM - 5 PM)

Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of marketing campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Lead and the Partner Experience (PXT) team. This role focuses on preparing marketing presentations and assisting with the planning and coordination of trade shows and events.
We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, high technical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Experience (PXT) Team Participation
The PXT Team consists of three core cohorts:
- Marketing (trade shows, marketing initiatives, website, and sales support)
- Business Intelligence (data tracking, OEM intelligence, reporting)
- Tactical Services (partner agreements, advanced OEM support)
Marketing Cohort Participation
- Trade Show Planning & Coordination – Assist with prep meetings, all event logistics, booth setup, swag ordering, marketing material and booth presence.
- Partner and Customer Presentations - Assist with creation and prep for OEM or end user presentations.
- Marketing Material Updates – Maintain and improve sales presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Content Creation – Support the development of website content, press releases, and social media.
- Travel Requirement – Must be available to travel 5-10 times per year for industry events and trade shows.
- Other: Other event coordination, business card ordering, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education
- 2 years in marketing, product management, business analytics, customer service, or sales (preferred).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
Technical & Digital Skills
- Graphic Design – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for marketing materials (preferred).
- Website Management – Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms for content updates.
- Content Creation – Strong writing skills for website content, press releases, and social media.
Strategy & Project Management
- Event Planning & Coordination – Experience with trade shows preferred.
- Project Management – Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

- Communication & Writing – Ability to create clear, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences.
