Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, including executive and high-level management positions, technical roles, sales professionals, project managers, service coordinators, administrative support staff, and field technicians.
Experience in the physical security industry is essential, as is a proactive, people-oriented approach to recruitment. The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR Manager and department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners when needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with both high-level management and technical roles.
Prior experience recruiting within the physical security industry is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and approachable with a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Proficient in using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for roles such as sales, project management, service coordination, field technicians, and administrative support.
Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
