- We’re looking for an Operations Analyst who has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. To excel in this role, you will need to have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You also can take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail. You have the capacity for planning in the short, medium, and long term, and have a creative attitude with strong presentation development skills. During a typical day/week, you will attend several cross-functional program / project status meetings, you will work independently curating research and resources, and you’ll obsess execution of our leadership events and priority projects.
- Within this role, you'll perform a wide range of duties supporting the operations of the Technology team, focused on:
- managing leadership events, including planning and production
- producing, editing, and reformatting documents, including briefs and other communications being sent to executives
- assisting with the project management of team initiatives
- supporting the development of strategic and operational plans for the department
- curating resources and conducting internet-based research
- creating mechanisms for the tracking of team metrics
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communications-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis in operations or project management
- 5 YEO with business operations management
- Track data Analysis for business operations and defined org metrics
- Project management - tracking down deliverables, updating stakeholders on progress, can write content for executives
- Helping with logistical side, event planning for meetings, organizing meeting content from multiple stakeholders
- Very dynamic and can make quick changes and loose structure
- Experience utilizing PowerPoint is required
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence’
