Job Summary:
- The nature of the work is on the Global Marketplace Strategy Team in the role of Strategic Planner with emphasis on the Global Direct Leadership team and initiatives related to Direct-to-consumer business in Digital, Stores, and Membership. Individuals will be motivated by complex, strategic workstreams and capable of working with senior executives to refine, communicate, and detail their strategies. Work may also include chief of staff responsibilities for Direct leaders depending on need.
- General Analysis: Develops strategic plan(s) to ensure the continued successful growth and profitability. Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies.
- Strategic Business Planning Process: Drives a planning process to set, analyze, and prioritize strategies in which all gates and dates are clearly understood and that result in all Corporate planning deliverables being met. Monitor factors that would indicate the need for redirection of strategy.
- Measurement: Lead the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for the current year and the 3-year Strategic Plan at the Regional Level, and work with business units/functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated; Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance Products business and strategic objectives by preparing for and help leading Quarterly Business Review process.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
