- This Role will be supporting the implementation Of Client's New Time & Attendance System.
- The nature of the work is focused on analysing, designing, and implementing effective systems to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and system functionalities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology standards.
- Develop comprehensive process maps and workflows to visualize current and future states.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Analyse data requirements and structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with database architects and data analysts to optimize data-related processes.
- Develop test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality a Products business requirement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure the successful implementation of systems.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Facilitate change management processes, including user training and documentation.
- Ensure smooth transitions for end-users when implementing new systems or enhancements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive operational excellence.
