What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI )?
BASIC SUMMARY:
The Contract Administrator is responsible to provide all necessary administration support for the Sales Operations Department including but not limited to responding to requests for new agreements, by verifying existing agreements, assigning, and assisting in new contract negotiations, tracking all communications related to any negotiation, updating and training appropriate employees on both the Smart sheets forms request process and Company Best Practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Contract Administrator is responsible to provide all necessary administration support for the Sales Operations Department including but not limited to responding to requests for new agreements, by verifying existing agreements, assigning, and assisting in new contract negotiations, tracking all communications related to any negotiation, updating and training appropriate employees on both the Smart sheets forms request process and Company Best Practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates the customer experience with contract negotiations.
- Primary point of contact for customer contract inquiries and negotiation assignments.
- Track negotiation processes.
- Maintain a dashboard of contract status visibility.
- Support formal Supplier Management Process developments.
- Team building with internal departments.
- Monthly reporting statistics on contract lifecycle management
- Collaborate with Sales team to develop and implement short and long-term strategies to support the onboarding of company as a premier supplier.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on policies and best practices around contract negotiations and onboarding as a regulated and non-regulated supplier of products and services.
- As required gather data on supplier trends and new processes in the CLM environment.
- Utilize Smartsheets to maintain and create process improvements around contract management and negotiation phases.
- Establish regular interface and communication with the Commercial Team
- Complete all required sales documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
