- Creating, revising and ensuring job instruction documents are accurate.
- Attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Review and edit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Use research to ensure the correctness and accuracy of documentation.
- Effective organization and time management help them successfully administer and maintain large portions of documents, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery
Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- 3-5 years customer service experience
- 1-3 years of experience in document management or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communications
