- Maintain the document management system in accordance with departmental and site needs which include management of templates, Logbooks, allocation of document numbers and review of draft documents.
- Record Management and Archival of documents for long term storage.
- Filing, sorting, printing of requested documents.
- Assembly of controlled documentation issued by the Document Control team
- Reconciling of previously issued documents
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative based role
- Advanced experience with MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must have experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Must Possess good written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate solid organizational and planning skills through previous professional experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
- Able to efficiently prioritize and remain flexible to competing tasks
- Prior experience in a business administrative role
- Previous experience filing, sorting, reconciling of documents (e.g Medical Records, company based confidential documentation) is a plus
