Job Summary:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of job postings on various platforms.
- Coordinates and monitors the initiation and completion of all contingent offer requirements for pending hires.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate calendars, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and verification of candidate credentials.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing updates on the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and files by legal and organizational standards.
- Assist Talent Acquisition (TA) and Hiring Managers to ensure employment process compliance while providing updates on candidate status.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of candidate paperwork and onboarding documents.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, if required, for interviews or onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule recruitment events, such as job fairs or open houses.
- Assist in the collection and management of recruitment data and metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment activity as requested.
- Ensure that recruitment processes adhere to legal and organizational policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
- Respond to routine and complex questions from applicants, employees, TA managers, and recruiters, including researching appropriate information when requested.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Requires 1 years of recruitment specialist experience with various ATS.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Previous applicant tracking system experience is highly preferred.
- Previous Human Resources or Recruitment experience is preferred.
